That brought a lot of new information.
I always suspected there was more to it than keeping insulin low.
Never understood why guys like Bickman seemed to ignore other endocrine factors besides insulin.
Cyves's GLP1 resistance thoughts are interesting.
So is his postulations of Glucagon dis-regulation.
At least he adresses some obvious co-factors.
I will have to watch this video again when I get time.
