Pittsburg, Kansas | Speaking of things I have not heard before..............
In the past, particularly during the covid fiasco, I listened to quite a number of Dr Ali's presentations. He is a heavy hitter and his presentations are usually long, technical and in depth. I have not listened much to him in the last couple of years because of the time, concentration and involvement it takes to get something out of his content. He is a tremendously talented and knowledgeable doctor in my opinion. I just have a particularly short attention span of late.
That said this is a "Doctors to Trust" snippet of one of his longer presentations. I can pay attention for six minutes. There may be something in this presentation that explains why after being diabetic for 35+ years my morning glucose levels hover higher than I would like. Maybe. I am still digesting the under six minutes worth. Third listen.

Edit. Short printed summary just below the description.
The "Doctors to Trust" is a good one to subscribe to, in my opinion. Introduces a person to a lot of different doctors with what I think are good messages. Presentations are short and to the point with added written text overlaid over the original presentation to emphasize key points.
