| Agree with another poster that a hydraulic drive are component mills for most parts, gear boxes for the tank could be an issue but they built alot of all of them in hydraulic drive so you should be able to get what you need for somewhere.
I will go against most above, I don't care at all for the old Arts-Way's when they were making them for others(IH, Massey, etc)................Those bevel gear unloads are a PITA and over complicated for a on/off use mill. I prefer a NH, then Gehl....................Never had one, but I sure would try out a Lorenz if one showed up. They still build them so parts could definitely be had for those. I run a 120 Gehl myself, only because a NH hydraulic drive mill tank is to high for a building we have to go in, and we are not changing a building for mill we grind with acouple times a month. Gehl works fine, but I like a NH better. | |
