| Interesting how different people have different takes on equipment....................I thought that setup on the drag auger of the Arts-Way stunk, liked the simple winch setup on the NH's alot better..............Gehl's with the springs are just ok. We were grinding ear corn out of cribs, so that might be different vs a auger out of a bin.
I don't think the OP could go wrong with any of what is out there now...................only mill I had I really hated was a 65 Gehl, that setup that blew the feed out of the hammer bed and up into the dust cyclone which then dropped it into the bottom of the tank was a real contraption vs a basic auger back to the tank that is common now. | |
