Mine don’t do too bad as long as it doesn’t get rank. I don’t know how you’d reseed it, it took 3 years of being farmed before I had it under control in the fields. The tame reed canary gets choked out before it gets a chance to get established.
We’re trying seeding other things with it, alsike clover, big trefoil etc, which seems to be a crap shoot.
