north central Ohio | If landlord pays for tile and we do install 5 year lease plus increase in rent so landowner recoups his money invested in tile over next 10 years. If we do install and pay for the tile I want 10 year lease and rent that would be same as if it is not tiled. I have put some tile in a few spots on rental farms with no contract in place because they would pay in a couple years. Glad we did cause we’re still farming them and has paid dividends at this point. Owning our own plow makes installing tile decision easier on rental farms. | |
