Just did it this year. Land a few miles from home. I was going to raise rent. Instead we agreed on keeping rent where it is for 5 years. If they put in more then amount of tile we set. *as the minimum*if it’s not done by new years. Rent goes up, plus they might have me farming it. I bought a semi, grain cart, some other stuff last years.
