SW OH | I would say it's kids being kids. In about 8th grade i I knew a group of girls that spoke in contradictions and the opposite of what they meant. They were hard to understand and it only lasted a year or so. Although there are a lot of regional terms I read on here that have different meanings depending on where you are. Hay rack for example. Here it's what you put hay in for animals to eat from. Other places it's a flat wagon used to haul hay from point A to point B.
