Well, from what I remember I found out a few years ago is the actual cost of crop insurance premiums is what the premium billed to the purchaser is. In other words, if your bill says premium is $20,000 minus a $9,000 subsidy for a cost of $11,000 it only costs $11,000. Question is where did the $9,000 go? It a schill game they have created.
