Central Ohio | The SURE program is an OVERALL safety net. It doesn't care if you lost 100 acres of bottom ground if you other 900 acres was good. You very well could get ZERO.
This is a TOTAL farm, all crop REVENUE thing, not a unit by unit payment like normal CRC or RA insurance.
However, if, like in OH last year where it was CRAPPY across the board in both corn and beans, in some counties every farmer will get a payment. | |
