I have a 310SJ that did the same thing a few years ago, you could watch the stabilizer fall but would hold the tractor off the ground when down. In the valve body is a check/relief(?) hex plug that has two sets of o-ring and backup washers of different sizes. One set was completely missing. Parts breakdown didn’t show separate numbers so I ordered a new plug. Had to order from the industrial dealer and about choked when it came with the bill. There are two plugs in the valve, wish I would have taken the good one and had o-ring and backup washer matched up. I had to drop the big belly pan and access it from underneath.
