Got a "brad breaker" tool at local JD dealer. It wedges between tire and bead, clamps to rim, amd you screw a bolt to spread the jaws apart. Used to use handy-man jack against 3 point arm to break inside and against other tractor loader or something else solid. Jack can kick out and be dangerous, where actual breaker that clamps is safer Amazon for " manual tire bead breaker" have many form $60-$100
