NW Ohio | Long explanation, sorry....
Have a NAV2 installed in a tractor since 2011. This past year, the auto steer has started giving me a few issues. had a bad relay to the NAV early this spring, then I started getting a few other errors.... I ran the tractor for 4 hours this morning with no problems. Shut down, ate lunch, came back and started again and all of the sudden I was getting error 112 and 113 which involves the isolation valve. Shut the tractor check the electrical connection to the isolation valve turn it on and everything works. OK, maybe the wiring is getting weak or starting to have an issue but I'll continue on and see what happens. Bounce across the field for a couple hours and get the field done with no more issues. Get back to the buildings and try loading a different vehicle profile so I can use next swath on the tmx2050. start getting errors 112 and 40 or 112 and 113. I go back to my other vehicle profile and the errors remain. Shut down the tractor and TMX, start everything up again, and the issues go away. Can do the same thing to get the new vehicle profile to work -- load the profile, shut everything down, boot everything up again, and the new profile loads without any errors. Could this be an issue creeping up with the NAV? Also, with the new vehicle profile, all of the sudden when I want to engage the steering, even when I am driving almost directly on the line, it will turn sharp, all the way to the left or right. It happened to me multiple times with the tractor turning either way. do I need to do more calibration with the auto steer setup? Tractor is a New Holland T7070 with super steer... firmware is updated (I think) to 13.5 on the NAV and I believe updated on the TMX to the newest version that was out this spring.
