It's probably just the driver serving our area, but I have had absolutely no problems with Spee-Dee delivery.  Packages are delivered on time to the right spot.  And when we are ordering from Shoup it's often heavy or awkward.

USPS is great if we have our regular carrier.  Subs are hit and miss.  Local folks can't do anything about getting from there to here, but once here our regular is great.

UPS is usually very good (the exception is when we get a sub).

FedEx Air (regular FedEx) and Freight are great.  FedEx Ground can be disappointing.  It is contracted out and they hire drivers that can't read but have a good pitching arm.  All my addresses have PUT IN BOX AT BACK DOOR as the first line of my address, with my street address as the second line.  I have a sign on the front porch saying DO NOT LEAVE DELIVERIES AT THIS DOOR.  Ground drivers cannot read.

DHL is not allowed on the place. After a overnight delivery sat on the dock for a week because the driver didn't have enough deliveries for my area (That is a near exact quote) I refuse to use them.  Back in my direct sale days I switched a supplier because they had an exclusive DHL contract and would not use anyone else.
