Osnabrock ND | Ordered some parts last Friday, they said they would send them out by speedy. Hadn’t received them so called company and they tracked them n said delivered by garage door Monday. They aren’t there, wife was home and never saw them. I didn’t see them when got home either. Why wouldn’t they put them inside garage ?? Speedy said they would check with driver and he said yes he remembers delivering them. What does a guy do next?? It’s just bout $300 worth of parts. On side note we live in town of maybe 100 people so highly unlikely someone took them. |

s nd | Look around a bit. Driver made a loop along side of shop and saw a back overhead door open so they put it there. Laid it on some 5 gallon pails. Front of shop has walk in door. Kinda lucky I saw it. |

| Given my experiences with Speedy I'd say they could be at the neighbors or they could be sitting in the drivers garage til he has time to deliver or sitting in their warehouse in Bismarck. I've never been overly impressed with them. |

South Central Illinois | They should be able to give you the scanned location where they were left.
Delivery people have always been able to get the deliveries within 1-1/2 miles of our house.
The package needs reported as stolen.
This probably needs done within 30 days of the purchase. |

West Union, Illinois | It's probably just the driver serving our area, but I have had absolutely no problems with Spee-Dee delivery. Packages are delivered on time to the right spot. And when we are ordering from Shoup it's often heavy or awkward.
USPS is great if we have our regular carrier. Subs are hit and miss. Local folks can't do anything about getting from there to here, but once here our regular is great.
UPS is usually very good (the exception is when we get a sub).
FedEx Air (regular FedEx) and Freight are great. FedEx Ground can be disappointing. It is contracted out and they hire drivers that can't read but have a good pitching arm. All my addresses have PUT IN BOX AT BACK DOOR as the first line of my address, with my street address as the second line. I have a sign on the front porch saying DO NOT LEAVE DELIVERIES AT THIS DOOR. Ground drivers cannot read.
DHL is not allowed on the place. After a overnight delivery sat on the dock for a week because the driver didn't have enough deliveries for my area (That is a near exact quote) I refuse to use them. Back in my direct sale days I switched a supplier because they had an exclusive DHL contract and would not use anyone else. |

Central ND | We have had the same happen with speedee, finally drove 60 miles to their depot and picking stuff up myself because they didn't have enough stuff in our area to deliver. |

Central ND | GPS error. The GPS locator isn't perfect in address location. If he used google in his system, it might be delivered to a neighbor's less used looking place.
A gentleman sent me a google location of his place to find him and it took me to a neighbor's abandoned home front door a couple of days ago. |

| I don’t know why all the companies, would just take a picture of the package where they sat it and send it to you. |

| Speedee shows up late in the day,,there was once when I ordered from Shoup or Sloan and it was a couple days later than it should have been, driver said they were swamped and my stop was near the end,,,,otherwise they have been very good at parts that start the next state over,,,,I guess Shoup and Sloan deserve some of the credit for getting it boxed up the same day |

| The driver matters. I have found package behind house. But I did not order anyth8ng. I knew shipper as I have bought from them. “Hi thank you for 1” electric control valve. Could I exchange it for two 3/4”?”
After confusion I told them. Seems customer called after few days, delivery swore he dropped it, they sent replacement. Thing is shipper put my address on it. Not same name 40 miles away address. Seller said he was glad he was not mean with delivery person. Much easier to call. “Remember the valve that got lost? It was mislabeled with different customer request”
I had been gone. Found it when mowing lawn. *before hitting* |
