When we start seeing land values drop by more than 15% or more that is when things will start to get real IMO. If the drop in equity coincides with the time a lot of loans reset it could get really interesting for guys that have bought high dollar land in the last 3-5 years.
And that will never ever happen. There's just too much outside money coming in. If the farm economy is in the dumps and land prices drop, it's simply on sale for the outsides with money to blow.
