Step one of crossing the border, make damn sure your t's are crossed and your i's are dotted, especially if your trying to export/import something. Like what I'm doing here. That fool didn't do any of that and tried to cross without a trailer plate even, he has no one to blame but himself even if he is trying to do a good thing.
