Does a 2014 expedition have a cabin filter? If not you need to cut a trap door in the plastic housing around the evap core and blow and wash the core. Also, if you have access to a bore scope, look in the defrost vents for foreign objects blocking door movement. I always fill my ac systems by high side. 2 times ambient temp + 50. Charge looks pretty good to me.
