We live about 100 miles from her. I could dig a hole and bury it here at the farm. Just kidding of course. ;)
I was still just worried what attention we might bring on ourselves if we started pulling the stuff off.
And really, I'm sure money wise she'd be fine with just leaving it on there................just wasn't sure of the long term ramifications with regards to the house having any future value.
