As long as you aren’t practicing vet medicine, the board of veterinary medicine has no authority over you.

Engage in activities that are considered practice of medicine under the laws of Missouri and you will be subject to the authority of the board who may or may or may not proceed against you depending on what you’re doing, how much etc.

The shoe is on your foot. You can take that step or not.

Real world, there has always been neighbors helping neighbors and even the local “guy” that knows how to pull calves and even how to doctor cows. Until that sort of activity gets out of hand it’s frequently ignored and left to die out on its own. Traveling across the state providing reproductive services for cow herds is in another league.
