Is there a sales manager at your Cat dealer you can talk to to bypass your local salesman?  I'm not one to do something like that but the numbers you were given were insulting.  I've done some looking at big frame Cats this fall/winter and anything decent with the sealed undercarriage (late C series and newer) is going to be $50,000+ unless it has seen lots of scraper hours.  If you trade they will put new tracks on your 65 and ask $70,000 for it.  Looking at Tractorhouse you should be able to buy that 95E outright for the difference they are wanting to trade yours in, granted you would have the expense of tracks but you can probably buy them from a Camoplast dealer cheaper than a Cat dealer anyway and they aren't too bad to change.
