I would also add EasyFarm to that list.   
I have used it for 10 years, and like the name says, it is easy to use.    It does need some updating, and I find the reports somewhat lacking, but I come from accounting programs where I can design my own reports.
I find the purchase cost and yearly maintenance very reasonable.
