I don't know where you are but i have a NH for many years and when there was not winter-diesel in the tank you had a problem for sure.
Now i am alway's prepared, add some conditioner also to keep moistere out and she will start at -15 celcius if i have to, but we alway's plug her in if we have to move snow.
So if it is cold in your area , you likely have condensation in the tank or now ice.
