South Central MN | I started xero on the first of the year. So far I really like it, but it is not farm-oriented, so you need to know how to make that work. Tech support is a mixed bag. They are good, but there is no direct phone number you can call for help. If they cannot solve your problem via email eventually they'll escalate to where they'll call you.
Was on centerpoint before. It actually isn't too expensive for what it can do, but its very technical and easy to mis-enter data or mis-use a function. So far much happier with xero even if I've lost some farm-centric features from centerpoint. | |
