Galva, IL----- Half way between Peoria & Moline | Bought mine in '91 and now have 5000+ hours on original motor, new lifetime TA and heavy clutch at 4000 hr. To shift gears, just STOP or idle down and give it some time. Doors on 86 and 88 series all open backwards, no big deal, hydraulics are pretty simple, keep them clean, if not being used, I wad up a piece of paper shop rag, shove it in, then take it out if you need that fitting. Close wheel base is kind of handy in tight spots, in the field, guess I don't know any better, have a 1486 and a 5088. The 5088 is the one I do not like, even after ownig for 22 years. I would think My 1086 would be worth 12-13000 if I had to buy one as good. That's just my opion. Bob |
