it was tight, but not that tight.
Good grief it never got below $10 in dry west-central ND wheat country.


I know a couple of large operations that bought land by being able to pay the property taxes just short of a century ago. Price was ZERO on the land...............and not to just rent it, to OWN it.

I've got some distant relatives who own a complete 6 mile x 6 mile Township of the stuff in Oklahoma using this same method.

So never say never. It's just been a while.
