| tulip mania is alive and well, in the land market its going on 30 yr bubble instead of the 3 yr 1600s dutch flower bulb prices. inflation bailing out $5000 land was easier than it will be bailing out $25,000 land. sometimes bubbles dont burst, so i dont know. but land prices are the advantage that our south american competition have to put their beans in the carolina ports $1.50 cheaper than the domestic source. | |
