| Agriculture takes a huge share of the blame for food not being good for you. No doubt eating food with chemicals is bad, but the manufacturers are adding so many chemicals or processing the good out of stuff to the point where it doesn’t even matter.
For example flour. If you’re going to process the wheat and remove the endosperm for Storage life (all flour), your body processes it like sugar. It doesn’t matter if the wheat is organic or someone used roundup as a harvest aid. The breads not going to be good for you. The food manufacturers have literally chosen to poison you in exchange for being able to store food for a long time. | |
