Near-north Ontario, French River		i checked the Canadian regs........ the allowable is 35ppm..... so that Oatmeat... purchased in the US, but produced in Canada wouldnt have passed Canadian standards either. This might be a retailer issue ( buying counterfeit product, or sub par quality at a discount??), more so that a CoO issue.
