In your original post you mention that you are able to get the desired rate in manual by adjusting the pressure to what you feel is appropriate. You then state that the rate comes out at the 6 GPA that you desire.
How did you determine that the rate was 6 GPA? Was this the applied rate shown on the display or did you determine it was correct by some other means such as the number of acres the tank covered?
Remember the meter cal with Ag Leader devices is the number of pulses for 1 unit. If you are using a Raven flow meter, you need to divide the suggested meter cal for a Raven display by 10.
The display showed 6, I havnt done the math on a tank and how many acres specifically because it hasn’t been far off what I expected it to be, it’s not a new system so I don’t expect it to be anything like that. I’m starting to wonder if it’s a bad, or stuck pwm valve. |
