The problem is if the prober smells something wrong, the load can be rejected. A million bushels would take many millions of bushels to get the smell down to a level a trained prober would miss. You might get a few loads by, but they will know. That is what happens when you put corn on the ground. Should be all in bins with moisture and heat sensors.
