Subject: RE: Why buy a grain bin

I've already seen a $.20 basis improvement on corn as well as a $.30 on beans since last fall at there widest points. And I can dry corn for cheaper than $.05 per point of miosture discount at the elevater. Oh yeah, how could I forget the 4 hour lines last fall( and that is not a joke or an exageration). It's hard to get much done in the fall with the combine that way. If you throw in tax savings from section 179 depreciation as well as the market carry when available. Its easy to make $.30 to.40 per bushel ,usually more. I am currently pricing out another bin, so far have bids on a sioux as well as a brock.
