Ok. I wonder if you have WPA3 issue? WPA3 is a new security standard. Not all wireless devices support it, and not all drivers support it. I've found that some older devices have drivers that support WPA3 available, but windows won't update to those drivers, they have to be installed manually.

The router's wifi page should have a security setting that has options like WPA3, WPA3/WAP2, WPA2, AES, etc. Maybe try changing it to WPA2, and if that works then try changing it to WPA3/WPA2.

Or look for better drivers.

I had the same issue with a Microsoft Surface. First it wouldn't see the network at all. Then after a driver update it would see the network, try to connect, but not connect. After a google for the most up to date drivers everything works again. In my case the wifi source was my iPhone's hotspot, and I can't change to WPA2 on the phone's side, so I had to fix the computer side.
