WC MN | Kagen,
Was told by our agent that something can not be insured twice. If landlord is insuring pivots, then we can not put any coverage on them. This may be right or wrong but what we were told. Issue came up when landlord ran pivot into a tree and tried to get our insurance to pay it. We had liability for us on the ground but did not issure pivots, he does. Then he didn't report to his agent and screwed us because we are to pay for all labor on repairs and 99% of cost to fix was labor!!!!!!!!!!! Also under impression that liability ins should cover the situation you mentioned. Thanks for heads up. | |
