Never have had any issues with Baldwin engine oil filters been using them since 1980 along with their by pass filter housings.

Von, does that tractor see any use nowadays? You never have any pics of it doing anything, so I wondered if it was in mothballs? :-)

We have sold them for 40 years. Excellent filters and they have more part numbers than any other brand. They still don't supply filters for many of the MTU diesel engines though.

Most all of them are made at Kearney NE. Carquest filters are now made by Baldwin was Wix.

Speaking of  Baldwin,   is there a really good  online  place that sells them?    I remember  25 years ago,  there was a mom and pop type  shop that sold them out of their place,   Illinois  IIRC.    Even with shipping,  they  kicked  all my local sources  butts.

Very good filters. I prefer them to the made in Mexico junk filters John Deere sells.

Shoup can get most of them but my little local place used to smoke everyone on price until Baldwin claimed they were not selling enough even though they probably sold 6-7K of filters a month and pulled their dealership.

Would like to find a good place online as well. Think I can order them through Grainger or Motion Industries according to dealer finder for this area. Both of those are probably not the cheapest though.

Not as much use since I've been transitioning more towards no till but here is a recent thread about it.

Just started using Baldwin filters. This place had good price and most filters. Some filters they didn't have though. I can't remember the other place I ordered. Baldwin.com has a great filter reference tool to cross numbers.
