| bought a used pull type sprayer with greenstar rate controller. Weve been using greenstar for guidence for years, but this is our first time using it for spraying rate control. (have used raven before).
I have calibrated the flow meter and tested the control valve. A nozzel flow check shows that it is putting out what it should at the speed and rate I input, and if I drive at that speed it shows it applying at the rate I want. however if I speed up or slow down the rate per acre changes instead of the controller maintaining it at the proper rate.
The screen shows the speed matches that on the corner post. I dont have any pressure reading on the screen, (something else Ive got to figure out later) but someone said greenstar does not use pressure as an input to calculate rate so that shouldnt matter.
Any ideas?
