Is there any reason a class action lawsuit could not or should not be filed against the USDA by the non minorities? Guessing it may not even be fiscally possible to award the non minorities money or debt repayment (it’s not like the government would want to print money to shell out LOL), so is there a way to at least try to ensure this ridiculousness doesn’t continue?
