listening to "those in the know" near me, sounds like there are ALOT more people with "color" in their blood, than originally planned for. When they have to go back and change that part on an application, they must not have been discriminated against much? Also, going back and changing things on an application 1-20 years later isnt fixing a falsified app? Wouldnt that be illegal according to the fine print on ALL usda applications? I do know of one person for sure, that checked on this and was told to change the ethnicity box when they were sent the app back. IDK
