Subject: Help getting bottle calf on creep feed

East Central Missouri
Had a bottle calf born Feb. 11, so roughly 7+ weeks ago. Starting to wean it off the bottle. Its had ground feed in a pan in front of it for 5 weeks. She will eat feed from my hand but have to basically drop it in her mouth. Won`t eat from my open hand or from pan. Thoughts was, she would figure it out when she got hungry enough. She has plenty of grass in front of her. Turned her in with the herd for a couple of days so she could learn from others but brought her back out so she has plenty of grass. Herd won't be on fresh grass til April 19+/-. Feed consists of ground corn, soybean meal and hay with calf manna hand mixed in at 10%. Going down to 1 bottle a day for 7 days then quit. If she would start on feed I would have less concerns going forward. Open to any thoughts or ideas.
