Any of you ever cooked and eat it. Cleaned a nice size catfish that probably dressed out about two pounds and it was full of eggs. Mealed them and fried. They weren't too bad but not as good as the rest of the fish. They sort of had the texture of grits and really didn't have a lot of flavor.
