Pittsburg, Kansas | A great Q&A session by Dr Steve Phinney. He has been involved in low carb in both clinical setting and as a researcher for many years. He works with researcher Jeff Volek and Dr Sarah Hallberg. All three are well worth listening to.

Lots of information on a wide range of health via food topics.
Did you know that 5 grams of sodium per day (12 grams of sodium chloride or table salt) was associated with the lowest mortality rate (compared to low dietary salt)? He talks about the small percentage of people this does not apply to.
Or that about 10% of the population do very well on a high carbohydrate diet?
Lots of other good information.
