| Can part of a will be "activated" before death?
Ex: farmer A owns 2 fields. Farmer A has 2 kids but only 1 farms. Each kid in the will gets 1 field. Can the kid that farms be "willed" their field while farmer A is still alive? And have the other kid wait until after death to receive their field?
Obviously this is over simplified. Just curious on legal process and limitations | |
