Subject: Haul dredge ditch spoils to sandy spot?

NW Iowa,
This early winter, I got the dirt spoils from the county dredging a ditch that had filled in with what I assume to be dirt that came from the farm up the hill. This ditch only has water movement after a good sized rainfall. Looking at a soil map, the dirt I inherited could have been 10 CSR or 80 CSR. Impossible to know. So it is in a long 1900' windrow on my end rows. They started too late in the season, it froze, and they never got it leveled out. They will level it out this spring. I was ok with them putting the dirt on my farm.
In this same small field I have a 2.5 acre spot that is really light, gravely, with a CSR of 25. Without very timely rain, I get smoked. Could put in CRP, but it is easier to just farm through it.
Would it make any sense to have the spoil hauled down and spread on my light spot? If my estimates are correct, I would have a 1.25' new dirt cover on my light spot afterward. The haul would be 500' to 2400'
Thanks for any input.
