Wisconsin | Our 1989 Hyster forklift has a 4 cylinder Isuzu diesel in it. The throttle cable is connected to what looks to be a throttle body on the intake. From the intake are two small hoses that run over to the fuel injection pump to control it. The engine runs very clean and I assume this type of system is somehow designed to prevent over fueling in order to make the engine run cleaner.
How exactly does this system work?
