Subject: phase converter

I've hung around this site for a few years but have finally worked up the nerve to post.

Recently i purchased a used piranha 50 ton iron worker with a 10 hp three phase motor. What size converter would I need? Someone recommended a 15 hp but an online converter sales page recommended a 20 hp converter. Any help would be appreciated.
