Subject: Audio and Video surveillance use in NORTH DAKOTA

ND
So from my reading I've found it for wire tapping and drug cases, but not for CCTV or similar uses.

It's that time of the year where people are wandering about and we had just the most lovely person(s) come through our yard, via the calving pasture, through the catch pens, down the alley and out by the barn, leaving all the gates open.(bottle calves were over joyed though, eating the garden)

We did get it on camera but a white ranger with people wearing camo clothes really narrows it down, and well should anything major happen, like a theft or something, we dont want to have it thrown out because its illegal or something. I ask audio too as our cameras for watching heifers calf already have them and are quite helpful(when you hear a motherly moo at 3 am you wake up a bit faster) and figured might as well stick with that model, if it's legal to use elsewhere.
