I think it would be wise to post a small sign at the entrance “under video/audio surveillance” and take your chance. I’d put that sign right next to the no trespassing sign. Bottom line is a good lawyer can weasel their clients way out of most everything, ask OJ Simpson.

I think I followed your post that someone in a white ranger hunting came through your yard and left a bunch of gates open. My next suggestion would be to make sure the first gate into your property is either electric or locked and not just shut.

I feel for you guys that go through this kind of stuff. It’s only going to get worse the further removed from Ag society gets.
