Subject: AG Bag woes, is this as good as it gets?

Missaukee Mi
We bag all of our forage for the milk cows with a 10 foot AGBAG G6170, roughly 20-23 10x250 bags a year. While the majority of the bags keep well we seem to get 2-3 that the top 3rd molds and is hot while the rest of the bag is fine, making it wasteful and a pain to deal with. Usually it is the haylage bags with less issues in corn silage. We do find small holes( animal claws) in the top on some of these rotten ones, some have no holes we can find. Are we not getting it packed good enough? We keep the bag level with the top of the tunnel when filling. We use silage pro innoculant and we fill a bag in roughly 6 hours. Are we filling too quickly? We send it as fast as it will take it. The haylage bags are pretty bumpy with gaps and pockets on the top, is there are a way to smooth out the bags?
Do other baggers that make a smoother bag contain spoilage from small holes better? Do other brands have higher densities leading to less risk of spoilage?
