SE Iowa | This is a teachable moment of funds positions vs price movement.. as of tues they are now long net 18 k ish in the corn...so they have covered -230k plus went long and we closed @ 3.58 from the 3.20 low.. 38 cent move for 250k contracts...amazing.
We did make our low 300 but fund shrt really didnt start to cover until build up to aug report...
Beans have moved +1.35 for funds +157k now..
Bottom line is fund positions do not equate to a predetermined move.
