Share a 1/2 mile fence with neighbor to the north. Fence needs replaced and I have no problem doing my half. The dilemma is that on his side there are cottonwoods, willow trees and brush that needs cleared out. I told him no new fence until trees are gone because every time I rebuilt the fences we get a blizzard and being downwind side it gets buried and wires broke to hell. Who pays for the tree removal?
